If items can not be picked up in the allotted times please contact for Delivery or Shipping.
If no arrangements are made before the auction the items are then considered abandoned with no refund
- Please pull down the long driveway there is ample parking next to the house
- Please pull up to the house.
- We will ask your name and then bring the items out.
- All items will be brought out to the house.
- Please bring a pen to sign off on your invoice after you inspect your items.
- Then load your items
This is a great estate in Mansfield Ct. right behind the Uconn Campus. The were world travelers and were deans at the Uconn campus. This estate has many different high quality items and will be broken into 3 sales or more. This is the second sale will have Victorian furniture and collectibles, Jewelry, Billikins, and early transfer-ware collection.
