A Connecticut pistol permit is required for any hand gun sale.
A Connecticut pistol or hunting permit is required for a rifle sale.
You must be the actual purchaser of the firearm(s).
All guns are sold “AS IS”, with no guarantee on operations. All guns must be checked by a gunsmith for safety and function.
All paperwork must be finalized at an FFL place of business.
Our dealer will ship firearms to out-of-state dealers for customers not from Connecticut. (Customer is responsible for all shipping and transfer fees.)

Transfers can be done through “Tacklebury Arms” in Broad Brook, CT for a fee of $25.00 cash, per gun by appointment.
Several online images show warnings of damage to parts or unsafe to fire. This does not imply images without warnings are in perfect or firing condition. As previously stated, all guns must be checked by a gunsmith for safety and function.
